Roots
The catalyst for TripleWin is General Motors’ Saturn Corporation. General Motors formed Saturn in the mid-1980’s to bring about major changes in how their vehicles were designed, built, and sold.
In 1991, former Saturn President, Richard G. LeFauve created Saturn Consulting Services to respond to hundreds of requests to learn from the Saturn approach.
The services sold by Saturn Consulting Services built on the Saturn values of Commitment to Customer Enthusiasm, Teamwork, Trust and Respect for the Individual, and Continuous Improvement.
In 1997, DOOR Training International and Saturn Consulting Services formed an exclusive partnership to sell and deliver Saturn training programs in Europe and Australia. The initial goal of the program was to change the culture in the automotive retail environment from an adversarial to a collaborative approach.
TripleWin products and services expanded over the years to meet a more general goal of generating a triple win: a win for the customer, a win for the organization, and a win for the individual team members.

Nancy Brown-Johnston
TripleWin Co-Founder and Partner
Nancy Brown-Johnston has over 35 years of experience in training, organization development and change management. She is the former Director of Global Change Management for General Motors and Director of Training and Organization Development for both the Saturn Corporation and Delphi Packard Electric.
She is an experienced consultant, trainer, facilitator, program designer, and executive coach. Nancy is the co-founder of TripleWin, co- owner of TripleWin USA, and partner in TripleWin Europe. She is the published author of two books. She lives in Tennessee with her husband Dean and numerous pets and is active in dog rescue and physical fitness.
Brian McClelland
Partner
Brian McClelland has over 35 years of business experience overseeing global operations in senior HR roles in both global automotive and steel industries and serves on various Boards of Directors. He most recently was the General Director of HR in the turnaround of General Motors and previously was the Vice President of HR for the unique Saturn Corporation. Brian is a proven problem solver with outstanding skills in conflict resolution and creating collaboration in difficult situations. He has unparalleled experience in negotiating innovative labor contracts, mediating diverse issues, and building trust-based cultures. Throughout his career, he has been a change leader, coach, and mentor. Brian and his family reside in Michigan, Tennessee, and Florida, and are actively involved in numerous faith-based charitable efforts.
Mark Bidlake
Managing Partner, US
Mark Bidlake, CCMP brings rich and diverse corporate and consulting experience spanning four continents, diverse industries, the public sector, and two expatriate assignments. Mark has a career track record delivering exceptional results in building high performance organizations and achieving systemic transformation. His accomplishments include multiple record-breaking startups, turnarounds and expansions across the Americas, Europe and Asia. He is skilled at building high employee engagement, creating positive labor-management relations, building strong intercultural understanding and collaboration, and helping organizations achieve and sustain high performance.
